Y-wing re design 2020

This is the updated version of my Y-wing (fan art) re-design. I have decided to redo this project for a couple of reasons. 1-The first design looked like a kitbashed Star Wars mess and some of the elements seem out of place. 2-My ship was too different and lacking the charm and the simplicity of the actual Y-wing in the movies. 3-I was lazy and made mistakes in the research phase and initially missed to find and credit one of the designers that played a big role for the project. I was using elements from the front part of his ship and that made my design not that original. This will not happen again! This is the reason that I decided to correct myself and to re design everything.
